1. The principle of this machine is “pull-blow”molding. First of all, putting the bottle of embryo molds into the elevator, and it will be automatically delivered to the entrance of the machine.
2. The bottle embryo will be sent into mechanical orbit by manipulator. Mechanical orbit will run automatically, heating, stretching, blowing and then take out the bottle automatically by the manipulator.
3. If it is necessary, you can connect directly to the wind to send system, and it will be sent to the canned bottles and other equipment, fully automatic.
4. Mechanical parts including: die-compounding system, orbit system, manipulator system etc.
5. Electricity parts including: infrared temperature control heating system, action program.
6. Intelligent control system (PLC+ touch screen man-machine interface) equipment operation safety protection system.
7. It is widely applied to producing the water bottle,juice bottles.
8. Air circuit parts including: driving and manufactured goods blowing etc.
Water route parts: cooling water distribution system for mold cooling, and cooling of the embryo bottle mouth.
