SHIPPING:By sea
(1). The Blow Mold system does not require highly trained operators to produce consistent quality bottles.
(2). The bottle making process starts by loading preforms into the preheater.
(3). The preheater uses a variable speed track that moves the preforms through a heating tunnel. The heat tunnel has specially designed heating elements for a consistent heating operation with minimal maintenance.
(4). When the preforms have made one "trip" through the preheater, they are manually loaded two(three or four) at a time into the blow molder.
(5). After the bottles are formed in the blowing cycle, they are removed and the cycle continues. The finished bottles are then loaded directly onto a conveyor for filling or can be stored for later use.

A: Our factory is located in Taizhou huangyan city,Zhejiang province.
Near shanghai&Ningbo port. 3hours by train from shanghai.2 hous by air from guangzhou.

(4) Q:How long is the warranty of your equipment?
A: One year warranty after receipt check upon delivery.
(5) Q: Can i ask instruction in my own language?
A: OUGE machine translate the instruction from chinese to English, Spanish, Russian and French without any charge only if you have required in advance. We also can translate the language of the PLC and touch screen to make sure you will have an easy operation.
(6) Q: Do provide bottle and other auxiliary equipment like air compressor?
A: Yes, we can offer complete system you will no need spend a lot of time to find suitable goods. We also can make the drawing based on the picture as your willing.
