2.Machine features
●The touch screen is applied with Siemens from Germany. It brings new sense on the vision for user, because of the clear picture.
●Blank picking system applied linear mechanical arm. This system has features of long centre distance of bottle picking, fast speed of bottle picking, high accuracy, less gas consumption, long usage life, and easy to install and debug.
●Whole machine has features of reasonable layout, compact structure, well appearance, and easy for operation and maintenance.
●Drying tunnel is applied with single cycling suspension type vertical heating mode with features of short centre distance of bottle blank heating, fast heating speed, and saving 50% electricity than old dual cycling heating design. The bottle blank won't be decentration under the influence of its action of gravity when heating, so as to ensure the equality of formed bottle thickness.

4.Safety Operation Rules of OGB Model Machine
●The operator should be familiar with the structure, working principle and safety technical requirements of the bottle blowing machine in using;
●Check all parts of the machine to see if they can work normally
●After heating initiated and stable for several minutes, and the temperature of oven raise equably, press blank entering button. Meanwhile, the power on bottle blowing, otherwise, it won't blowing bottle;
●If the machine is working stably, trial blowing several blanks, if the quality of the bottle is good, then it could enter automatic production process;
