Typical structure of precision injection mold:

1. Mold parts

The cavity is formed directly, and the parts of the plastic part are usually composed of a male mold and a female mold.

2. Casting system

The flow of plastic from the nozzle of the less jet to the cavity is called the gating system.

3. Guide part

In order to ensure the accuracy of the intermediate surface rail components in the case of dynamic and constant mode combination, there are usually: a guide post (GP), a positioning block, an ejector guide post (EGP), and the like.

4. Split core pull mechanism

Before removing it with side holes or plastic parts with side irregularities, it must be separated before smooth release. Commonly used mechanisms are: slider cavity (including main mode core slider, explosion slider), pin and so on.

5. Jacking equipment

A device for ejecting a plastic part from a mold during the mold opening process.

6. Cooling and heating system

In order to meet the mold temperature requirements of the injection molding process, the mold is provided with a cooling or heating system. Substances that provide cooling channels, heat or oil are typically provided in the mold.
